Cybersecurity Training Evaluation and Policy Advisory for Emerging Markets
Frontier Dominion supported international development clients, including USAID, by evaluating cybersecurity training programs and delivering data-driven insights. Our work informed policy development, curriculum design, and cost optimization within emerging economies’ cybersecurity initiatives.
Frontier Dominion partnered with international development organizations to strengthen cybersecurity capacity-building efforts across emerging economies. We conducted rigorous evaluations of cybersecurity training programs using targeted data analysis and visualizations—such as bar and pie charts—to identify knowledge gaps, participation trends, and learning outcomes. These insights facilitated more effective program design and data-driven decision-making.
Additionally, we produced strategic policy memos examining the intersection of cybersecurity and geopolitics and developed foundational curricula on cybersecurity fundamentals tailored to the humanitarian sector. Our advisory services included guidance on Information Sharing and Analysis Center (ISAC) standards and pricing strategy development aimed at minimizing operational expenditures. Through these efforts, Frontier Dominion contributed to advancing cybersecurity resilience while ensuring alignment with relevant policy and legal frameworks.
